The public demo is read-only. Your new account starts empty: follow this guide to explore the product and build your first schedule without copying demo data.
Open the demo and select Mon 14 Sept. All names and venues are fictional. The links open the demo; follow these instructions there. On a phone, open the menu to switch views.
01
Open a session
In the Schedule, open Living in the future · Elena Riva at 10:00 in Ideas Square. Read its time, venue, recording requirements and any linked relay. Use the search field to find the session again.
Could a technician find these details without another message from you?
02
Read a venue’s agenda
Close the session and choose My venue. Select Aurora Town | Ideas Square, clear any search and show all categories. Follow the day’s sessions, rehearsals and soundchecks in time order.
This is the view to try with someone working on site.
03
Check technical requirements
Reopen Living in the future · Elena Riva and read Technical requirements. You will find two wireless headset microphones, one spare handheld and three-camera video production. These requests belong to the session; they are distinct from equipment already confirmed at the venue.
Compare this with the details you currently share across messages and documents.
The demo will not appear in your own event list. Start with one real day and a few sessions. The free plan includes 1 active event, 3 spaces including rooms and 10 main sessions, with no expiry or card required.
Register and confirm your email
Complete the registration form, follow the confirmation email and sign in with your personal account. Check spam if the message is missing.
Create the event
From My events, choose New event. Enter its name, a unique viewing code and its first and last day. The code needs at least four letters or numbers; hyphens and underscores are allowed. Save and open the event.
Add a venue
Go to Event info → New venue and enter the name and city. Add confirmed equipment. Only add rooms if you need them: rooms count towards the free plan’s three spaces.
Add your first session
Use the appointment creation button. Enter a title, venue, date, time and category. Add one concrete technical requirement and a useful crew note, then save the session.
Check the technician’s view
Switch to the technician view. Open the session and My venue. Check the notes, documents and contact details you have made visible. Set a viewing password in event settings if needed.
Share the schedule
Use Share in the top bar and copy the viewing link. Test it in a private window or a device that is not signed in. Send the crew the link and any viewing password, never your account or editing password.
This guide uses manual entry. It does not promise pre-filled templates, a demo copy or automatic spreadsheet imports. Assisted data entry requires a separate agreement.
Tell us what you are preparing, how many days and venues are involved and when you need to start working. If available, include a link to the public programme. We can use that to discuss whether CronoVent fits and which plan to consider.
