For teams coordinating festivals and events across multiple venues.3 days / 5 venues / one shared view
THE FESTIVAL MOVES. THE INFORMATION MOVES WITH IT.
Everyone knows what’s happening. And where.
A stage in soundcheck. A talk in the square. A live relay across town.
CronoVent brings the production schedule together. Coordinators update the information; each crew checks what they need for their venue, even on their phone.

How to organise a festival production schedule
The public programme tells people what is happening at the festival. The production schedule adds what crews need: calls, rehearsals, soundchecks, audio, video and lighting requirements, technical documents and links between venues.
With CronoVent, the coordinator collects this information for each session. The time-aligned grid makes overlaps visible; each technician can check their own venue in a browser using the code or link they receive.
No. They use the event code or link and the password chosen by the coordinator, if one is set. Accounts are for people managing events.
Can I use it for a festival across several cities?
Yes. Each event can have multiple days and venues, identified by city as well.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in your browser. The mobile view lets you read the schedule and filter information for your venue.
Do I upload videos to CronoVent?
No. CronoVent tracks the recording workflow. Video files stay on your own storage system.
How long is the trial?
Seven days from email confirmation, with no automatic charges. To continue after the trial, request a licence in the portal; for information, email info@cronovent.it.
