Terms of service
Version dated 13 September 2026. Provider: REC Eventi di Andrea Matteo Bassi · Via Dumas 12, 42123 Reggio Emilia, Italy · VAT no. 02472790357. Communications and support: info@cronovent.it.
These terms describe use of the CronoVent portal and the licence request and activation process. The trial does not generate automatic charges; orders are submitted through the portal and paid by bank transfer.
1. Service and customer
CronoVent is a web application for coordinating production schedules for multi-day, multi-venue festivals. The customer is the organisation for which the workspace is opened; the activating user declares that they are authorised to represent it. Personal credentials, viewing codes and editing passwords have distinct functions and permissions.
2. Free trial and licences
The trial lasts 7 days from email confirmation. It does not require a card and does not automatically become a subscription. On expiry, the schedule remains viewable and editing is suspended until a licence is activated or the provider grants other authorisation.
Standard prices excluding VAT: Festival €49 one-off for one event with 90 days of management access; Monthly €29/month; Annual €290/year. Monthly and Annual include unlimited events, days and venues; technician viewing access is included. Each licence covers one organisation, which may manage events for its own clients.
Before confirming a request, the customer checks the plan, duration, coverage, tax details and summary amounts. Standard VAT is 22%; for special tax treatment, the total is confirmed before payment. Payment is available only by bank transfer to the details shown in the order, using the unique five-character reference. A request does not itself activate the licence: activation follows payment verification and is communicated by email. The invoice is sent within a few days of payment receipt. There are no automatic charges or renewals: a renewal must be requested to continue. Actual validity dates appear in the portal and activation message. Data entry, imports on request and dedicated operational assistance require a separate agreement.
Custom plans may have an event limit and specific duration, including permanent access: the conditions shown in the order apply. A new Event licence request includes creation of the new event; editing is enabled only with valid coverage. On expiry without other coverage, new events cannot be created and existing ones cannot be edited.
Attachments may be up to 4 MB per file. Each venue can store up to 50 documents, with up to 8 MB of new files per form save. Video files remain on external systems.
3. Proper use and access
The customer is responsible for schedule accuracy, content permissions and informing the people concerned. Credentials must be protected and distributed only to authorised recipients, and revoked when needed. Links can be forwarded: consider the viewing password and contact-sharing choices before distribution.
Using the service for unlawful purposes, sending malware, attempting to access other customers’ data or bypassing controls is prohibited. Technical anti-abuse limits are not commercial limits on festival numbers. The service stores session details and documents; it does not host recorded video files.
4. Content and data
Content remains the property of the customer or respective rights holders. The customer grants the provider only the technical rights needed to host it and show it to authorised recipients. Personal data uploaded on the customer’s behalf is governed by thedata processing agreement. The privacy policy explains processing carried out independently by the provider.
5. Availability and support
Use requires an internet connection. The customer maintains alternative operating procedures proportionate to production criticality. Maintenance and interruptions may occur; no guaranteed service level or continuous support during shows is provided. Technical problems and support requests can be reported to support@cronovent.it; for orders and billing, email info@cronovent.it. Mandatory liabilities under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Export, closure and deletion
Account holders can export their profiles; authorised users can export schedules as JSON and download attachments from session details. Contact the provider to close or delete a customer account: the requester’s authority is verified to avoid removing other people’s or organisations’ data. The customer may choose return or deletion under the data agreement; timeframes and legal exceptions are described in the privacy policy. Trial expiry alone is not a deletion request.
7. Updates and applicable law
Versions of terms accepted by new accounts are recorded with the acceptance date. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect and will not be applied retroactively to completed purchases contrary to law. The relationship is governed by Italian law, subject to any applicable mandatory rights.
